**Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience)**
**Must have NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**

Our client, an independent provider of therapy services, is seeking compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Workers to join their residential home, which focuses on providing a safe and nurturing space for children and young people with profound learning disabilities (LD) complexities.
**About the Role**:
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for our children and young people. Your dedication and commitment will help them thrive and develop independence, trust, and respect.
**Key Duties**:
- Serve as a positive role model for children and young people.
- Take responsibility for the safeguarding and wellbeing of young people.
- Support with day-to-day routines and lead various activities.
- Encourage and foster independence.
- Develop professional and trusting relationships with the children and young people.
- Accurately record and update information in care plans.
- Conduct key work sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
**What We Need**:
- Dedication, passion, and loyalty.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.
- Full UK Driver's License.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including sleep-ins.
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
