**The role is based at our transport hub near Annaghmore, Portadown, close to Junction 13, M1 motorway.**

As a Wash Operative you will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s fleet of HGV’s and trailers to a high level of cleanliness. You will support the team by:

- Washing all fleet vehicles and trailers thoroughly, as per a weekly schedule supplied by the Transport office.
- Ensuring the wash building and all wash-related equipment is maintained in good condition.
- Using chemicals and detergents as per manufacturer or safety data sheet instructions.
- Adhering to all biosecurity policies and practices provided by the Transport Manager.
- Ensuring vehicles and trailers are parked in their designated areas after washing.

**Your profile**
- You must be physically fit to perform all tasks and work in the environment associated with the role. (Eye-hand co-ordination, handling and wrist motion, bending, reaching, stretching etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Experience driving HGV or shunter is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
