**About Us**:
We specialize in helping tenants secure their rights regarding housing disrepair, and we’re looking for enthusiastic door-to-door lead generators to connect with potential clients. With our competitive commission structure, you can realisticly earn +£1500 a week

**The Claim**:
A housing disrepair claim is a legal process through which tenants can seek compensation or repairs from their landlord for issues affecting the condition of their rented property. This can include problems like damp, mold, leaks, heating failures, or structural damage that make the home unsafe or uninhabitable. Tenants typically must demonstrate that the landlord has failed to address these issues despite being notified, and the claim may involve seeking repairs or financial compensation for any distress caused on a no win no fee basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential clients experiencing housing disrepair issues.
- Explain our services and the claims process in a clear and friendly manner.
- Identify disrepairs and conduct survey.
- Meet KPI targets of at least 1 sale per day.

**Who You Are**:

- Energetic and personable with excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in door to door is a plus but not required.
