**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels to foster community relationships.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and public relations to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns or events that leverage social media for maximum impact.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: £23,416.00-£26,500.00 per year
