**Muffin Break - Team Member Job Description**

**Location**: Bolton, UK
**Employment Type**: Part-time/Full-time/Zero Hour Contracts Available

**Job Overview**

Muffin Break is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our dynamic coffee shop team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Food & Beverage Preparation**: Assist in baking our freshly made food items, preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages, whilst closely following Muffin Break's quality standards.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the till, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- **Store Cleanliness & Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas, including the counter, kitchen, and dining spaces.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels.
- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
