We are currently looking for a Graduate Campaign Delivery Executive to join our busy team

The Commercial Department is a dynamic team that works closely with our Automotive partners and their agencies, delivering successful campaigns for the likes of BMW, Ford, VWG, and many other household names. We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate who will play a central role in supporting the Delivery Manager with managing client accounts.

The role will involve (1) collating and analysing campaign delivery data and patterns, to support the allocation of budgets and resources, and (2) proficiently communicating with key internal departments, ensuring they are aligned on client requirements.

As a Graduate Campaign Delivery Executive, you play a fundamental role within the business, whilst developing skills in analytics, use of CRM systems, budget planning & optimisation, as well as resource allocation. You’ll be supported by a diverse team, with opportunities for self-development and subsequent career progression.

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Flexible/Hybrid working)

Graduate Campaign Delivery Executive Duties:

- Assist with the management of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for the OEMs, to include set up and administration of the individual campaigns and budgets.
- With support, plan and monitor enquiries required for a given period of time.
- Support the Account Executives in moving budget around the CRM. Ensure the CRM is up to date and contains all the latest budgets.
- Ensure that the resource requirements and availability are shared regularly with all key stakeholders.
- In conjunction with the Reporting and Data Manager, produce client reports with insights and optimisations in line with client requirements.
- Identify campaigns that are not performing in line with delivery requirements and work with key stakeholders to find a solution.
- Ensure that performance for a given period is in line with plans. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the plan is executed.
- Monitor and report on key KPI’s.

Graduate Campaign Delivery Executive Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (any field considered)
- High attention to detail and the ability to be technically minded.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Competence in full Microsoft suite, in particularly MS Excel
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Highly organised and comfortable with coordinating multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
- The confidence to offer both internal & external stakeholders trust in your work
- A personable and professional character, allowing you to confidently communicate statistical information
- Commercial awareness, particularly within the automotive space
- Willingness to learn new systems and software, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to assimilate complex information into an easy-to-understand format.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and perform well under pressure.
- Be enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated.
