Reaseheath College based near Nantwich in South Cheshire is a leading provider of land - based education in the UK and has exceptional links with employers and associated businesses. The College has a beautiful rural setting situated amongst 330 hectares of farm, parklands, lake and established woodland.

**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a practical instructor to join the Academy of Land and Environment, Forestry and Arb Department.
- To undertake practical teaching associated with academy requirements working within our well
- established Countryside department
- Plan and prepare resources for teaching and ensure work areas, tools and equipment are stored, maintained and used correctly
- Work in a busy curriculum academy supporting students, staff and liaising with all customers and stakeholders
- Consistently role model the college PRIDE values, ensuring that high standards and excellent customer service are evidenced at all times
- Utilise the college estate to enhance student engagement, practical skill development and satisfaction
- Undertake assessments and other related activities which contribute towards the high quality, effective and relevant learning experience expected by our students
- As a member of our Academy you will support student recruitment and commercial income generation as required
- Wide range of relevant Industry practical experience including possession of CS related qualifications. CS30, 31,38 and 39
- Demonstrable experience of undertaking a range of land based and environment processes with the ability to safely train others
- Practical experience regarding maintenance and safety inspections of land based machinery and equipment.
- Work flexibly to support business needs which may involve some evening and weekend work
