DWP is looking to fill **1 **role in **Contract Management Partner Delivery (CMPD) **directorate.

**Job description**:

- Engaging with stakeholders across a wide network to aid in the development of validation and assurance processes.
- Leading on the drafting and quality assurance of guidance and supportive tools to support controls’ operational teams.
- Acting as the centre of expertise, liaising with policy, finance, commercial, legals and other expert domains to answer policy queries and resolve issues.
- Leading the design and implementation of training regimes to upskill controls’ operational teams.
- Communicating and presenting across a wide network of stakeholders and senior colleagues to drive areas of responsibility forward Ensuring effective delivery of Pre and Post payment validation of HDAS, PIP and FAS costs in line with contractual requirements.
- Ensuring all incentive and retention bonuses are paid accurately and on time in line with contractual requirements.

Good working relationships with External Suppliers, Finance Business Partners and Commercials to achieve objectives.
