Culture Change Manager - Contract - 6 months
My Client a leading global Telecoms company is looking for an experienced Culture Change Manager to deliver key projects/programmes directly linked to culture change. The role will be responsible to lead all aspects of analysis that identify programmes/ majorchange initiatives in support of the programme's culture principles and creating a great place to work.
The contract is for 6 months initially and can be based out of London or Birmingham or Leeds or Bristol. They offer flexible working (2 to 3 says onsite)
Experience Required
*Strong understanding of change governance and the ability to deliver change across a large organisation.
*Ability to communicate complex problems / solutions in an articulate manner, using data to support your argument and influence senior management thinking.
*Corporate communications with the ability to generate and execute a multichannel professional communications strategy.
*The ability to test / challenge current thinking and implement new approaches, practices/policies.
*Excellent ability to influence decision makers and operational teams, from director to team member level.
*Excellent understanding and use of analytical tools, techniques and behaviours.
*Excellent ability to lead and direct high performance teams, with good product/ process/ quality/ customer satisfaction knowledge.
*Recognised authority across the organisation in project/programme/change management.
*Strong ability to challenge, influence, negotiate and innovate at a senior level
- and rapidly build trust with key stakeholders.
*Sound understanding of the business environment internally and externally, through operational business experience in manufacturing, call centre, field engineering, account management, service/ relationship management or other related disciplines.
*People and programme leadership skills.
*Understanding of the formulation of the measures set that will underpin key programmes/ major change initiatives.
