**Job description**

We are looking for expreience glass cutting and glass tempering Factory Operatives to join our well-established team based in Witham Essex across one fixed shift

Working Hours

Nights 6pm-6am Friday-Sunday

About the role:
As a Factory/Production operative you will be responsible for Assembling, Handling, and moving glass as part of the manufacturing process.

Manual handling,

Demonstrate an awareness of health & safety within the workplace

Perform quality inspections of products to evaluate quality prior to delivery

Ability to exercise initiative and independence, whilst also working as a team

Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and keep accurate records

Maintain effective communication with management and peers

Ensuring all production activities are monitored to minimise downtime and scrap levels.

experience ideal but not necessary as all training will be given.

Pay negotiable depending on experience.

Montly attendance bonus of £50

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17.00-£18.00 per hour
