**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Head of Planning you will be responsible for the following:
+ Supporting the production process through the procurement of ingredients and packaging material components and working with co-packers and suppliers to ensure products arrive on time in full to the correct specification.

+ Maintaining delivery schedules, proactively identifying any potential delays or bottlenecks and suggesting actions to keep projects on track.

+ Ensuring all relevant documentation (e.g. certificates of analysis) and certifications are up to date.

+ Working to constantly improve communication, cost and efficiencies with current copackers as well developing and expanding the growth of production across the EU and USA.

+ Assisting with the management of supplier relationships and meeting service terms to implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining product quality and delivery standards.

+ Using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for stock management and production planning. Monitoring inventory levels and stock turnover, working closely with the logistics team to ensure stock availability and timely distribution across regions.

+ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in production processes to ensure the business remains competitive, innovative and sustainable.

+ Collaborating, and building relationships to develop production processes and NPD ( New Product Development) requirements.

**WHO YOU ARE**

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
+ Experienced using an ERP system or IMS (Inventory Management System).

+ Strong understanding of food supplement manufacturing processes.

+ Effective at cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and excellence at building relationships both internally and externally.

+ Meticulous documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.

+ Able to multitask, prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects.
