We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of PMO to drive the successful delivery of client projects and internal programmes. You’ll ensure our delivery operations are efficient, scalable, and always aligned with customer needs, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. You’ll champion continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

**About the role**:
**You will**:

- Lead the Project Management Office to deliver high-quality client outcomes and internal initiatives.
- Own and manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue recognition across multiple customer portfolios and product lines.
- Champion the development and coaching of project managers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
- Personally manage a selection of high-impact or complex client projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Act as a senior escalation point for client programmes, providing swift resolution and proactive support.
- Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, retrospectives, and feedback loops with delivery squads and clients.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between delivery, sales, systems, and professional services teams, and partner with presales to align delivery timelines and resource planning for upcoming projects.

- Experience leading a PMO function within a digital agency environment.
- A strong track record of delivering complex projects and programmes, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving revenue recognition.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
