Purchasing Administrator

Our client is seeking to appoint a Purchasing Administrator based at their site in Craigavon. This is an exciting new role with the company and the opportunity to join and support across a purchasing function.

Working with the Purchasing Coordinator, you will:

- Provide first line support to Site Purchase Requisitioners
- Process purchase orders
- Managing and resolving invoice queries
- Be responsible for reporting and developing regular reports
- Administration of Supplier approval process
- Administration of SAP Master Data: materials management module
- Assist in the generation and collation of local contracts and agreements

We need you to have:

- Knowledge of purchasing processes and techniques
- Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft office Packages - specifically Excel & Sharepoint
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Problem solving skills

Ideally Purchase / finance function and / or purchase ledge experience

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
