A HLTA position has become available In the High Wycombe area. This role will include leading classes and developing children's skills in their learning. A HLTA will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher's absences using their planning to continuestudents learning without disruption.

You will be expected to have strong behaviour management within the classroom as well as adaptable skills to support a range of students.

Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning. The schools are looking for like-minded individuals who will settle withinthe setting and be able to continue their hard work with the students. Kind, caring, nurturing and fair personalities are qualities the schools are looking for to add to their team.

The senior leadership team are supportive and hands-on to support their students and ensure the utmost development in order to grow and thrive.
