**What You’ll Do**

As an **HR & Talent Apprentice**, you will gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR, recruitment, and employee engagement, including:
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** - Posting job adverts, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
**Onboarding & Employee Support** - Assisting new employees with their induction and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
**HR Administration** - Managing employee records, preparing reports, and handling HR-related queries.
**Training & Development** - Coordinating learning opportunities and supporting workforce development.
**Employee Engagement & Wellbeing** - Helping to create a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**

Passion for **HR, recruitment, and people development**
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
No prior HR experience needed - just a **willingness to grow**

Pay: £15,704.00 per year

- Chester CH1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
