- As a Finance Clerical Officer, you will be:
- Assisting with the running and development of the finance functions of the organisation
- Undertaking financial tasks including data inputting, processing confidential information
- Co-ordinate and operate the archiving on a regular basis for financial records
- Preparing invoice and expense claims, matching to authorised orders and codes invoices
- Checking and dispatches payments to suppliers and staff
- Raising purchase orders and undertaking ordering if required
- Recording cost savings and efficiencies made
- Assist with other sections within the financial process i.e., recording of income and reconciliation of banking summaries
- To be considered for the Payroll Clerical Officer Role, you will need:
- Experience working with an office/administrative environment
- Experience of working in a busy office and meeting operational deadlines
- Experience of working with databases
- Previous experience of financial transactional processes and procedures
- IT skills with experience of MS Packages
