ERIKS UK is one of Europe’s leading industrial service partners providing engineering knowledge and expertise.

We currently seek to recruit a Senior Sales and Service Advisor to join the ERIKS Team.

Working working within the Inside Sales team through the allocation and prioritisation of workload and perform certain unique functions within the team.

**What the role involves**:

- Supervision of the Internal Sales OEM/Reseller Team.
- Invoicing, including identification/rectification of negative profit invoices.
- Production and reporting of daily productivity stats.
- Ensure that web lead follow up is carried out.
- Management of credit card sales for the branch
- Transaction of web shop orders.
- Promoting good housekeeping for an efficient working environment.
- Ensure that sales orders for branch 302 are promptly loaded onto the systems at acceptable margin levels, savings achievement and customer delivery requirements.
- Prioritise and generate estimates to customers including the co-ordination of support from other internal departments.
- Follow up of important quotations/tenders; processing, logging and reporting upon all over the value of £2000.
- Adhering to company policy regarding pricing.
- Ensuring customer vendor static data (customer profiles) is loaded and updated on the GUI System.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Contributing to the maintenance of health & safety in the workplace.

**Essential career experience**:

- A minimum of one year’s work experience in a similar role.

**Required qualifications**:

- Grade A* - C GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.
- Higher Education in Business Commercial Management or Engineering is preferred.

- Ability to advise Direct Reports on how to resolve conflict with mutually beneficial outcomes for ERIKS and its customers
