**The Role**
- You will manage and develop their Beauty Brand Partnerships Team, providing coaching in all areas of the sales cycle to enable individual progression
- You will maintain and report back on the sales pipeline
- You will identify and convert new brand partner relationships
- You will support the CFO and Head of Brand Partnerships in achieving the UK growth objectives
- You will have experience selling digital media solutions to clients
- Proven mentoring/coaching/management experience
- A proven track record of growing key accounts within the beauty sector
- A strategic and consultative sales approach with the ability to understand brands needs
