**Job Overview**
We are currently looking for a depot supervisor for our busy depot in Broxburn.

You must be a Qualified technician to at least level 2 IMI or have served the same length of time in the fast fit industry

**Duties**
- Manage daily operations of the depot, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and lead a team Mot testers mechanics and tyre technicians.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, order fulfilment, and materials handling.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on workshop procedures and equipment operation.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in team management, with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing business processes.

Pay: £28,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
