**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Indepth knowledge and understanding of the main Social Media platforms and a passion for sport.
- Experience managing a team to achieve marketing objectives, campaign delivery and departmental goals.
- Experience leading on Social Media campaigns and budget management.
- Effective communication and motivation skills.
- Informed decision-making with ability to set and work with short-term, medium-term and long-term targets.
- Experience liasing with creative agencies to manage project delievery and output.
- Excellent attention to detail and standard of both written and verbal English.
- Ability to assess and review team performance and implement change where necessary.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing all Social Media planning, implementation and activation across both paid and non-paid social activity.
- Reviewing and improving processes and procedures.
- Protecting and enhancing our brand reputation though Social Media.
- Overseeing the recruitment and development of team members to help meet departmental objectives.
- Proposing, delivering and analysing Social Media campaigns, initiatives, advertising and promotions.
- Analysing the impact of change and implementing clear change processes.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained by the team during customer contact via Social Media channels.
- Providing support, guidance, and direction as required to enable team members to achieve personal work objectives.
- Reporting to Senior Management on the progress of all projects.
