**Property Acquisition Broker**

**Location**: Manchester (Remote, Freelance)

**Compensation**: £1,000 per month fixed (if minimum target met) + £2,000-£4,000 per deal

**About Us** We are a property management company looking for **highly experienced property acquisition brokers** to secure exclusive rental properties (HMO) across Manchester. This is a high-reward freelance role designed for deal-makers who can deliver results without supervision. A fast-track opportunity is available for those who demonstrate consistent performance within the first two months.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Independently **source and secure premium HMO property deals** from landlords and agents.
- Handle direct negotiations and ensure all agreements align with our rental model.
- Utilize your local market expertise to acquire high-yield properties.
- Leverage our branding materials to enhance deal conversions.

**Compensation Structure**
- **£1,000 base per month**, provided you close at least **two property deals per month**.
- **£2,000 per deal** for the first two properties sourced each month.
- **up to £3,000 per deal** after completing three successful acquisitions in a month.
- **£3,000 + per deal** once you consistently secure four or more properties per month.
- **Fast payouts within five working days** after finalizing contracts.
- **If no deals are secured, no base salary is paid.**

- **Close six properties in two months** to qualify for an **elite broker status.**:

- Premium brokers receive priority access to exclusive opportunities.
