Awelon healthcare in Clydach (Swansea) are seeking passionate, enthusiastic,reliable and caring support workers to join our amazing team at Parkview House.
- Role involves working in a residential care setting supporting individuals with mental health and/ or learning disabilities who may present with challenging behaviours.
- We currently have day shifts available which are 12.5hr shifts (8.30-21.00). We have part time (x2 shifts a week) or full time (x3 shifts a week) available.
- Experience isn’t necessary as training will be provided during your Induction period. Opportunities are available to work towards your QCF in Health and Social care and paid for by Awelon.
- We offer competitive salaries with opportunities to progress once a probationary period of 6 months has been passed successfully. Rate of pay is dependent on qualifications and experience in the sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.10 per hour
