**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Welcoming customers with a friendly face and a positive attitude (because first impressions count)
- Assist customers with their orders and confidently provide help or answers to their requests.
- Handling orders and payments via a POS system.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly.
- Providing aid with any ad-hoc tasks that may occur.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive personality and a love for helping others. We hold great importance and value in providing the best customer service possible
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English is preferred.
- The ability to juggle between tasks and keeping on top of in-store, Deliveroo, and Just Eat orders.
- Previous experience in customer service within F&B is preferred, but if you’re a fast learner, we’re happy to teach you the ropes
- A quick-thinker who can act independantly under fast-paced environments as it can get very busy during rush hours (ie. lunch and dinner time)
