**Compliance Officer - home-based**
Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join the expanding team of our well established client based within Peterborough.
Duties include:
- Support with monitoring regulatory compliance across our clients personal support services in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. This includes making sure services are properly registered with the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Wales and Regulationand Quality Improvement Authority.
- Provide regulatory advice and support to our clients support teams. This includes reviewing and submitting regulatory statutory notifications and making sure registered managers understand their responsibilities.
- Support to update key operational policies and procedures so they are in line with changes in legislation.
- Jointly with the Compliance Manager, take responsibly to develop effective compliance monitoring, support and improvements.
- Take responsibility for internal regulatory administrative and quality processes, which includes database management and data reporting.
- Attending relevant meetings and taking minutes, for example, writing accessible minutes from the organisational Safeguarding Panel.
- Take responsibility for submitting all notifications to the Learning Disability Mortality Review Programme (LeDeR).
- Deputise for the Compliance Manager in organisational forums and other meetings, as required.
Experience required:
- Experience of working within a regulatory framework, such as the Health and Social Care Act
- Experience of writing and producing reports
- Experience of making decisions on your own and working independently
- Experience of managing complex processes and reviewing and implementing changes
- Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information
Full-time**:37.5 hours a week**
Pay**:£10.50 per hour**.
