Handy Man

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Completing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps or running toilet cisterns.
- Installing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers.
- Replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets, installing alarms, doorbells, security cameras and thermostats.
- Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and installing window locks.
- Undertaking basic gardening and landscaping, repairing border walls and fences.
- Cleaning up broken glass, installing new windows and replacing damaged window frames.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to do physical labour for long hours each day.
- Experience in performing various tasks around residential and commercial buildings.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn to use specialised tools and equipment.
- Verifiable experience as handyman.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Able to communicate.
- Start Date: Immediate.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in similar role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
