The Central Authentication Team is a small size team within Operations who work daily with numerous other teams across our bank, across many locations, to reduce the potential of fraud and malicious activity for our Bank, as well as our clients.
Administration of Client Incumbency lists, and Call Back lists is also key responsibility of team and involves upload of PDF documentation using specific Naming Convention processes to ensure the integrity of the information within the database is maintained. Excellent analytical skill is required.
- Good Team Player and excellent communicator.
- Can work under pressure.
- Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to priorities and directed.
- 9-5 are the core work hours but may be required to start earlier and/or work late/work overtime as required.
- Bank Holiday working may be required.
