**Location: Crowland**

We want nurturing and supportive individuals that can give out child high levels of care ensuring their safety and well-being underpins everything we do. You will be working alongside young people to help prevent and overcome physical, sexual, emotional abuse and neglect to our young people.

**Shift Patterns will include**:

- 8am-11pm
- 2pm
- 10pm
- 8am
- 11pm + SLEEP
- 2pm-10pm + SLEEP
- 10pm-8am (Waking night)

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Teaching basic life skills.
- Driving to and from activities, appointments etc.
- Support in the community and/or education.
- Following all policies and procedures.
- Appropriately handling challenging behaviours.
- Keeping the home clean and safe.

**You will receive**:

- £11.44 per hour.
- £36 sleep in rate.
- £14.25 per hour for bank holidays.
- Free accredited training.
- Opportunities for a permanent role.

Casual working can be utilised as an additional income, weekend job, to compliment your studies or for many of our team, can be used to obtain full-time position. Please note that we can offer placements from and up to 10+ miles of your central location.

**Salary**: £11.44-£14.25 per hour
