Recycling Operative

Our client, a national metals recycling company urgently requires Recycling Operatives to work at its site in Sharpness. If you’ve got a ‘can do’ attitude, you’re a good team player, you enjoy being ‘hands-on’, you have good customer service skills, and you enjoy working outdoors in all conditions in an industrial environment. Then this role will be right up your street This role may become permanent following a successful trial period.

**The Role**:

- Assisting customers and clients with incoming loads
- Weighing and grading incoming materials
- Loading and unloading incoming/outgoing materials
- Following all legal processes in relation to scrap metal (training provided)

**Working hours & Rates of Pay**:

- Monday to Friday 07.00 - 16.00
- £11.00 per hour (Monday to Friday)
- £16.50 per hour after 40 hours
