Seeking someone for weekend work, especially fortnightly Saturday and Sunday 10am - 12.30, but maybe every weekend if that is desired.

We also habe a variety of hours available from day time to sleeping overnight that come up from time to time as well as work covering illness and holidays.

Support a man with a life limiting condition to live his best life

Spend quality time with the person you’re caring for - Greg is a 44 year old man who is cheerful and has many interests and is very engaged in life, he is friendly and loves to chat.

Make a real difference to his quality of life, enabling him to stay in his own home.

Must haves - good spoken english, willingness to work bank holidays if necessary, flexibility, dedication to improving quality of life, ability to work on your own but also to take the team into account.

Like to have - driver - or must live near enough to get to work on time.

We provide free training

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. (Ceiling track hoists for ease of use)
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as required, adhering to any specific dietary needs outlined in care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and the care team to provide updates on care progress and any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to home care practices

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong command of English for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude towards individuals requiring assistance are essential attributes.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by client schedules.
