**_Product and Growth at Kite Insights_**

This role is part of Kite’s Product and Growth team which is responsible for defining, designing, launching, marketing and delivering scale-able market-leading products which are rooted in customer insight and deep understanding of customer needs. The team includes experts in research, content, experience design, curation, and facilitation. Together with our partners we deliver The Climate School framework of Evaluate, Educate, Activate and Advocate.
About the role
The e-learning coordinator liaises with client teams and the Climate School client success team to ensure the successful roll out of e-learning programmes.

**Reports to**: Head of Education

**Key relationships**:Educate team; LMS provider; client success team; client LMS teams

**Salary**:£30k

**Key areas of responsibility**:Ensuring the delivery of e-learning content to clients through LMS administration and management of digital assets.
About You
You will have 2 years’ experience in the administration of learning management systems.

We are looking for someone who is intelligent, commercial, and a self-starter, with a broad set of skills and experience that enable you to work well in a fast-paced environment that is high-performing, hard-working, curious, thoughtful and creative. Interpersonal skills and communication are very important. You need to be good at multitasking and at attention to detail.

Role Specification
The E-learning Coordinator
- liaises with client teams and the Climate School client success team to ensure the successful roll out of e-learning programmes. This includes:

- **developing a rollout timeline in collaboration with the Climate School project manager**:

- **ensuring technical integration with client systems**:

- providing training and support to the client prior to launch and on an ongoing basis in collaboration with the LMS support team
- **supports the administration of the learning platform to meet client and business requirements**:

- ensures that all assets are tagged within the Climate School database
- downloads e-learning packages for delivery clients as required
- **contributes to discussions about the selection of tools and platforms that may enhance the Climate School's learning offerings.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
