**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with catering events, including setup and breakdown of dining areas.
- Support food preparation tasks when necessary, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Provide barista services as required, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies on health and safety regulations at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
- Skills in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices are essential.
- Barista experience is a plus, particularly for establishments that serve specialty coffee.
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills is crucial for engaging effectively with guests.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
