**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our weekend showroom team. You must be hard working, accurate / attentive to detail and have a passion to provide top level customer service.

**Role**:
In this role you will be tasked with providing the highest level of service to our customers both on the telephone and face to face at our stunning showroom in Coatbridge.

This will include;
- Demonstrating our vast range of products in the showroom.
- Making appointments by telephone, website and on Social Media.
- Providing order updates and excellent customer service on the Telephone and in Person.
- Cash handling and taking payments.
- Working closely with all Production, Sales and Fitting teams.
- Calling customers to arrange fitting of their goods.

The hours of work are:
SATURDAY 9.00am to 5.00pm

SUNDAY 10.00am to 3.00pm

**Salary**:
We offer a basic starting salary £9.50 per hour depending on experience.

Full training will be provided.
