Everything we do is face to face, we directly go and speak to customers in person with passion and enthusiasm.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers face to face.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers

**Requirements**:
No sales experience needed, however we're looking for people with:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £300.00-£650.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Tips

Ability to Commute:

- Watford (required)
