**Job Title**: Document Controller

**Overview**:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Document Controller to join our client’s dynamic team. The Document Controller will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate and secure documentation for various engineering projects within the oil and gas sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update document control systems, ensuring all project documents are accurately filed and stored.
- Control the distribution of documents and maintain a tracking system for document handling.
- Review and verify documents for compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation is complete and accessible.
- Respond to documentation requests and provide timely access to necessary information.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries of document control activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations regarding document management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the oil and gas or engineering sector.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with industry-specific document control standards and practices.
