Are you super organised? Do you love admin work?

This is a great opportunity to join a small independent business based in Knowle, Solihull. The role would suit somebody with previous experience working as either a PA or Office Administrator type position within an accounting environment, someone that enjoys a variety of workload and would love to be a part of an award-winning team. The role is part time and offers some flexibility on hours to be worked.

This is mainly officed based but with some potential to work from home once established in the role.

Our client provides a range of accounting services to a variety of business owners.

**What we need from you**:

- A minimum of 3 years administration experience, preferably within an accounting environment.
- Preferable experience with Xero and Dext but not essential.
- Be a confident user of MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have a high level of organisational skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Friendly and professional demeanour to staff and clients.
- Confident to communicate with clients on a range of topics.

**What the role involves**:
The role will involve a mix of duties, including but not limited to:

- On boarding of clients including registering with HMRC, collating all required information and guiding new clients through our softwares.
- Handling all post and telephone calls
- Meeting bookings
- Handle our GDPR and AML requirements
- Handling of all deadlines for the team
- Scanning any paperwork from clients and filing / storing correctly
- Handling office holidays
- Welcome guests to our office
- Handling our contracts with suppliers and reviewing regularly to ensure best deals
- Adhoc research and requests as required
- Offering admin support to all team members

**Salary/package**: £22,000 - £24,000 pro-rata. Flexiblity on the hours to be worked and preferences will be considered.

Auto enrolment pension scheme, 22 days holiday + Bank holidays.
