Order Processor

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for a detail-orientated and efficient Order Processor to join our team in Poole Dorset.

This is a permanent part time position offering an hourly rate of £13 per hour.

Working hours: 20 - 30 hours per week, preferably mornings or school hours, Monday - Friday. Flexible hours available between 8.30am - 4.30pM/Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm with a view to lead to full-time hours in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To process sales and internal purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- To input orders into the order processing software.
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation related to orders.
- Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order.
- General office administration and clerical duties.
- To undertake training as required to develop & maintain personal skills to fulfil the above to the required standards.
- Any other tasks which may be reasonably requested or determined in accordance with the Employment Handbook.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and order management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Desired**:

- Experience with any Accountancy/Order processing System.
