**Where you will work**

You will coordinator with lead Controller a busy fleet of drivers in a Courier office & be joining a hardworking, passionate, and fast paced team, where you will play a vital role in assisting with the team of drivers, & work alongside office staff to ensure a smooth running of the business.

Duties to include but not Limited too
- Ensuring optimum use of Drivers always
- Planning deliveries and collections for the vehicles
- Ensuring smooth running of all logístical movements
- Engaging with Drivers/ and Customers to facilitate required vehicle movements following bookings
- Maintaining high standards of paperwork and client documentation
- Maintain a culture of urgency to ensure that drivers undertake their movements in an efficient and safe manner
- Ensure that vehicles being delivered are clean and presentable and have no known faults or defects
- Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.
- Ensuring productivity targets are met and or exceeded..
- Must be able to multitask & work under pressure**About you**:
**The experience you will need**
- Good all-round communicator with excellent written and oral skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Give clear and strong direction.
- Transportation experience 1 year (preferred) but not essential as full training given
- Experience in a high call environment
- Methodical thinking
- Good telephone Manner

Full Time Mon -Fri 08.00-17:30
