Breakfast Supervisor

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of Breakfast Service, including, ordering, and inventory control
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient operations
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Create innovative culinary offerings to meet customer preferences
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee the training and development of staff in culinary techniques, customer service, and hospitality best practices

**Skills**:

- Extensive experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Bartending experience is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
