Larchfield Manor is a 43 bedded Residential Care Home in Harrogate.

We are seeking to recruit a supervisor / senior / team leader to join our team. Shifts run from 8am - 8pm however there is also the opportunity to do a combination of half shifts (8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm).

The successful applicant would be responsible for leading the shift and ensuring the smooth running of the home, including in the absence of any of the management team. It would involve managing and administering medication, dealing with visiting professionals, communicating with family and showing potential residents around the home. The role is to ensure that the residents needs are met on a daily basis, including daily walkarounds, some auditing, care planning and general quality assurance.

The successful applicant would be required to have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and have at least one years' experience of working in a similar role. There would be opportunities to develop and undertake further qualifications ie NVQ 4.
