Customer Service Apprentice

_Our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their growing team in Ashford T_hey are looking for a new team member to work in the customer service department where they support both new and existing customersfrom small to very large across a wide range of industries.
You will be providing customer service products and services for businesses and other organisations including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written contact, and communications.
This role will suit somebody who is active as this will not be a 100% desk based and some involvement with the warehouse team will be required from time to time, including packing orders and dispatching them.
**Salary**:£8 per hour
**Hours of Work**: 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (with time made available for training provided by an external provider).
**Customer Service Apprentice Duties**:
Alongside dealing with inbound customer service enquiries which may be advising customers on the most suitable products for them, taking orders, dealing with order tracking and returns. This role will also involve some outbound marketing, general officeadministration and helping with dispatch of orders during peak periods.
- As well as the above, you will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification through your Apprenticeship_
**Customer Service Apprentice Requirements**:
- Be a willing team player
- Be happy to assist wherever possible in the smooth operation of the business
- Have a good eye for detail
- Have a good attitude to working in a team environment
- No experience is required, however experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
**About the Company**:
Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of self-adhesive labels and tags, based in Ashford, Kent. They manufacture their labels in 2 new modern industrial units that house their label converting equipment and storage of their finished products.
