**_You will support the Manager in the day to day running of your restaurant and be expected to deliver revenue and profits by developing your team to provide exceptional guest care and service. Controlling costs, brand standards, outstanding food,team building, and providing a unique guest experience will all impact on your success._**

- **_Monitor controllable costs to keep operations profitable_**:

- **_Understand weekly sales information_**:

- **_With the support of the wider management team, provide excellent t guidance to your team including training, development and leadership_**:

- **_Maintain a secure, safe and healthy environment for your team and your guests_**:

- **_Maintain store team member loyalty by coaching, developing and disciplining employees were necessary_**:

- **_Understand your guest and respond to guest complaints and comments_**:

- **_And most importantly, put the guest first in everything you do_
