Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment. Your attention to detail and excellent guest service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service with a friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
