**The role**

The role's main purpose is to conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and negotiate about sales and their progress through exchange and completion.
- the role is on a **full-time basis, Monday to Friday** including 1 Saturday per month with in lieu day, based in **Tunbridge Wells**:

- **OTE** available on the top of basic salary
- **driving licence **and own transport are essential
- **experience** in estate agency - desirable but not essential
