An exceptional and rare opportunity has arisen within our clients' highly reputable Motor Injury team for a Solicitor. Based in Glasgow, this highly successful & established firm undertakes a varied spectrum of legal matters within the Insurance Litigationand dispute resolution practice areas.

**Role Responsibilities**

The scope of this opportunity is varied, our client works in a collaborative manner across the team at all levels so responsibilities would include (but not limited to):

- Working in a team dedicated to the defence of claims arising from RTA's
- Responsible for a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated cases
- Providing high-quality service to clients in the management of the litigated motor cases whilst adhering to the service level agreements
- Responsible for managing the financial aspects of your own caseload
- Opportunity to engage in business development activity i.e. attending marketing events and client training
