Job Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant to join our team in the dynamic and colourful Notting Hill neighbourhood over the Festive period and into the new year. This position is available for a 2 month period. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service in the gourmet food industry.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Assist in the sales process by upselling products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, merchandising and stock replenishment

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Barista skills
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities
- accurately process payments and provide pricing information
- A passion for great food and culinary insights are a plus
- Attention to detail
- Experience in retail, hospitality and/or food products sector is a must
