**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming for clients and visitors. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

**Duties**

Oversee a team of staff to ensure all standards are met
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries in a professional manner.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Proven customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English for clear understanding of instructions and communication.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

4pm to 8pm - £13.25 per hour
