CR Design Services is a Architectural and Structural design consultancy specialising in the design of house extensions and conversions. Based in the centre of Durham, operating nationwide.
We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to support our team with the following tasks:
- Setup of projects,
- Talking to clients,
- Setup and send quotations and invoices,
- Log staff overtime and holidays,
- Prepare digital marketing content for social media accounts.
Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
This is a full-time position (would consider part-time), company laptop provided.

CR Design Services has been trading for over 10 years. We have a team of 18 employees, including Architects, Structural Engineers and support staff. We operate nationwide, providing architectural and structural design services for projects ranging from garage conversions and house extensions, or new build houses and large mixed use developments. Although we promote a very relaxed and flexible working environment, there is also a huge amount of support and colleagues are encouraged to support each other.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
