**Spa Host Full Time or Part Time**

**Full time (40 hours per week) or part time hours considered**

**Including weekends on a rota basis**

**£10 per hour**

**Plus,** on top of your salary you can earn up to £400 service charge per quarter

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

We are recruiting for the position of full or part time Spa Host in our luxury Spa at Swinton Park.

**Duties include**
- Welcoming spa visitors and guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Preparing accurate accounts and guest billing process.
- Maintaining strict and controlled cash handling procedures on reception.
- Handling enquiries and bookings when the reservations office is closed.
- Taking and serving food and drink orders.
- Maximising sales opportunities and delivering consistently high levels of service
- Keeping up to date with tariffs, prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
- Pool plant maintenance (for which full training will be given).

**We are looking for**:

- Strong team players willing to take direction
- A passion for excellent customer service and an eye for detail
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Great personal presentation and pride in your appearance
- Good spoken English
- The enthusiasm to learn and grow within our company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar operation is preferable but not essential
- Good attention to detail
