**About us**
We have a collection of 3 hotels in Brighton, The Queens Hotel, The Kings Hotel & The Brighton Hotel. We are looking for a fantastic HR & Recruitment administrator to support our General managers and join our great team.
** This role will work 4 days per week between Monday - Friday**
**The role**
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws, supporting our in house Group HR & Recruitment Manager.
You will be the lead person on property in staff engagement, developing new ways to ensure our Brighton hotels are seen as ‘a good employer’.
**About the role**
- Ensuring all HR files are up to date
- Employee file audits
- Digitalising Employee documentation
- Assist the Employees and Managers with queries
- Manage Absence record keeping within HR Software and Payroll
- Support Managers in monthly payroll run
- Support the In-House HR & Recruitment Manager for Lowy Group
- Organise interviews for vacant roles
- Organise and conduct Company Inductions
- Organise the employee engagement
- Ensure staff are up to date in training to legal requirements and documents are updated in relevant platforms
- Keep employee communication boards up to date and relevant
- Be the leader for Yapster once launched
- From time to time, the general manager may ask you to perform other duties outside of this list
**About you**
- Attention to details
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- To be calm under pressure and can manage difficult situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and keep on top of staff training
- Experience in HR (1 Year ideally)
