Linux 1st Line Support Engineer

Due to internal promotions from departmental growth a fantastic position has become available to be part of an exciting and growing Support Team at one of the UK’s leading Media Portfolio Businesses who have been in around as a company for more than 150years. As a Linux Support Engineer, you will work both as part of the service desk function and alongside Devops, Site Reliability Engineers and other IT Operations and Development teams to provide platform, system, and service support to the business. This group of companies comprise of the UK and Ireland’s leading news agency and several other companies, spanning across; live and on demand sports streaming, sports betting, tv metadata, and images.
